• Selecting raw material suppliers that comply with applicable laws and regulations,

• Asking suppliers to look after the environment, take measures to minimize their environmental footprint and properly manage their waste, avoid burying waste as much as possible and not intentionally pollute the soil, air or water,

• Selecting suppliers that provide a safe working environment for their employees and focusing on contract manufacturers and on-site service providers that must comply with all regulations,

• Selecting suppliers that have high business ethics, prevent all forms of corruption, compete fairly and respect the intellectual property rights of others,

• Preferring suppliers that comply with ISO Standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and the 10 Principles of the United Nations Global Compact.

We adopt the implementation of necessary procedures regarding environment and waste management, provision of conditions and provision of necessary resources as our goal and principle. Our institution strives to reduce the risks in terms of environmental protection of all activities it carries out to an acceptable level. It includes sustainable resource use, giving importance to recycling, water and air quality, reducing and adapting to climate change and protecting ecosystems.

CHILDREN'S RIGHTS

Children's rights are steps taken to define the rights of children all over the world and to protect their rights. Every child has rights such as education, health, life, shelter, protection against sexual or psychological exploitation from the moment they are born. In addition, children are defenseless against adults or other children. Therefore, granting children certain rights and protecting these rights is very important for all children.

• We do not allow child labor in our own institution and expect the same sensitivity from our solution partners.

• We make sure that children are under the supervision of their families and our staff in the activities they participate in.

• We organize activities to raise awareness about the protection of children's rights.

• When we witness suspicious actions regarding children, we first inform the institution management and request help from official institutions when deemed necessary.
